Way of working

How a project typically plays out

Introductions

Before starting any project, we'll have a quick chat to discuss your project's scope and goals. I'll listen, ask questions, and ensure we cover all bases.

Proposal

After understanding your needs, I'll provide a budget and timeline for your review. You'll see the project outline and can adjust the scope to fit your budget.

Contract

Once we agree on the project, we'll sign a contract and collect a deposit, typically half of the project fee upfront. Remaining payments will be spaced out throughout the project.

Discovery Workshop

We'll kick off with a figjam session to understand your brand, goals, and expectations. We'll also use moodboards to align our visual ideas before starting the creative process.

Identity Design

With moodboard approval, I'll start designing the initial brand identity, usually taking about two weeks. I'll check in with you periodically for input and updates.

Presentation

I'll present 2-3 comprehensive identity options, including logos and branding elements, to you and your team for initial feedback.

Feedback & revisions

You'll review the designs, provide feedback, and see revisions based on your input. Two rounds of revisions are included; additional changes may incur a small fee to keep the process efficient.

Brand rollout

Once approved, I'll deliver all logo files, design assets, and a style guide. This phase often leads into additional projects like website development and branded merchandise creation.

Website

When in scope, I'll build your website using the brand assets and designs we've developed.
